The figure is "carded", i.e. in its original packaging, and graded by the Action Figure Authority, an outfit that grades collectible toys.

You can buy it, admire it within its protective plastic case, wonder at how orange its hair is (although it's more like yellow-brown, judging from the photos), then display it in your living room so all your friends can see how rich and stupid you are.
